Disclosures and Policies

In using our services, you will receive a CROA (Credit Repair Organization Act) compliant contract which includes:

  • You have a 3 day right of rescission to cancel your contract.
  • You can do credit repair yourself, you are not required to hire a firm to assist you.
  • We have given you a summary of expectations of services we will perform, and the monthly price and total price of services you have agreed to pay. Note: the payment you have agreed to is not required to be paid upfront, instead it is paid in monthly installments, as we will have previously performed services on your behalf before requiring payment.
  • We cannot and will not express, promise or make guarantee of timing or results.
  • Clearly states we are assisting you in getting an accurate credit report. By doing so credit scores can go up or down.
  • A copy of Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law.
  • Information on our surety bond.
  • There is a refund policy within the contract. Click here to read it.

By law we cannot guarantee results of score increases or timing of results. We work persistently and passionately on our client’s behalf to get them as accurate credit reports as possible. However, due to the fact there are too many factors as to a client’s financial choices while we are assisting them; and/or if they are not as engaged in the process as clearly explained in the agreement, as it effects optimal results. Yet, we are also clear that full payment on our clients signed agreement is required within the timeline noted in agreement; regardless of results, timing of credit repair, client involvement, etc.
